About the position
The successful candidate will be part of the corporate tax team advising on all the tax aspects of:
- corporate reorganisation, restructurings and inward investment into Ireland
- mergers, demergers, acquisitions, disposals, public offerings and corporate finance generally
- private equity transactions from initial investment to exit
- property transactions
- share based remuneration schemes
- employment taxation
- VAT
- stamp duty
- tax disputes
- betting and gaming taxation and regulation
About the person
This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified tax professional and the team are considering tax professionals with 2-3yrs pqe. An ambitious individual, a team player with enthusiasm to develop expertise across the M&A/deals/transactions areas. A commercial mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills.
