About the Role
As Tax Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients across diverse sectors, delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services. You’ll lead teams, oversee complex engagements, and act as a trusted advisor on tax strategy and planning. This position combines technical expertise with leadership and offers exposure to challenging projects and international tax matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver tax compliance and advisory projects for a portfolio of clients.
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Provide strategic tax advice on corporate structures, transactions, and planning opportunities.
- Oversee technical reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the tax practice.
About the Person
You’re a qualified accountant or tax professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent) with significant experience in corporate tax, ideally in a Big 4 or mid-tier environment. Strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. You bring commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
