An opportunity has arisen for a tax manager to join the deals team of a big 4 firm. An exciting time to join as activity within M&A and deal work continues to increase and you will have the chance to advice a diverse mix of clients on a broad range of M&A related transactions.

About the position
- Helping clients through their M&A transactions and assisting them to solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution
- Advising clients on buy-side and sell-side due diligence
- Design and implementation of tax efficient structures to support Irish and international mergers and acquisitions
- Reviewing share purchase agreements, tax deeds and other legal documentation, and the tax elements of financial models.
- Develop internal relationships across the firm particularly across the transaction services and corporate finance teams
About the person
- Ideally 4+ years experience with at least 1 to 2 years at management level from a corporate tax background
- Experience with working in, mentoring and leading diverse teams
- Strong client driven commercial awareness and technical ability with excellent organisational, project management and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication (both spoken and written) and people skills
