About the Role
As Tax Professional, you will take ownership of tax compliance and play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives within a complex international structure. Reporting to the Controller, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors to ensure accurate, timely tax reporting across multiple jurisdictions. This role offers exposure to global operations and the chance to strengthen compliance frameworks while contributing to business success.
Responsibilities
- Manage corporation tax filings and monthly tax provisions in partnership with external consultants.
- Prepare and submit indirect tax returns across multiple countries (VAT, VIES, Intrastat).
- Maintain a robust tax compliance calendar to ensure timely submissions.
- Support transfer pricing compliance and review intercompany agreements.
- Assist with governance and control frameworks to mitigate tax risks.
- Liaise with tax authorities and respond to international tax queries.
- Advise on tax implications for new business flows and supply chain operations.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.
- Contribute to year-end audit activities and group compliance submissions.
About the Person
You bring a relevant tax qualification and ideally 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience in tax or finance, preferably within an international setting. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP are desirable. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and take ownership of your work. Detail-oriented and proactive, you’re committed to delivering results that make a real impact.
