Barden are delighted to partner with an Irish Insurance Organisation in their search for a Technical Support Engineer to join their close-knit team in Dublin City Centre.
Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, you would join a team with Security at their core, who always aim to keep up with new technologies.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Efficiently provide Level 1 & 2 support to business users while managing a dynamic helpdesk by prioritizing tickets, resolving issues, and ensuring timely solutions.
- Monitor events logs, manage patches, upgrades, and system monitoring for operating systems, software, and applications.
- Maintain security through endpoint protection and device management, including troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate on planning, testing, and implementing upgrades for new applications, hardware, operating systems, and infrastructure equipment.
