Due to growth, this company are hoping to add to their Trading team with a new Trading Administration Specialist role and they are open to hiring a strong graduate and full training will be provided.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Creating Sales & Purchase Quotations
- Raise Sales/ Purchase Orders when required
- Setting up new stock codes
- Populate ERP system with price/ cost changes
- Maintain documents for all purchases and ensure an audit trail
- General administration & back up to Trading team
- Assist with email monitoring & calls list
- Participating in Team meetings contributing to improvement of the Trading function
- Participating in continuous improvement incentives & projects.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Positive, team player with a proactive and helpful approach
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Experience in an FMCG/ import/ export environment is a strong advantage or Business/ Commerce/ BIS Graduate
