Barden are working closely with a wealth management company, based in Cork city who are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team. Looking for a highlight organised and detail-oriented individual to join the team. Their is the option for flexible working with this role.
As a Wealth Management Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our wealth management team by providing administrative support and ensuring that our clients’ financial needs are met.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manage client portfolios, including account opening, maintenance, and reporting.
- Conduct research and analysis on financial products and services to support the wealth management team.
- Prepare and process client account paperwork, including transfers and distributions.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with wealth management team members to ensure that client needs are being met.
- Maintain client files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of client presentations and proposals.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Experience in wealth management or financial services environment is required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
