ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Play a crucial role in providing expert financial advice and building strong client relationships.
- Conducting thorough financial assessments to understand clients’ goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
- Compiling comprehensive post-meeting reports for each client and offering expert advice on a range of financial products and services, including pensions, investments, and protection products.
- Staying current on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed and up-to-date advice to clients.
- Ensuring compliance with new product implementation and ongoing client communications.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and adjustments to financial plans as needed.
- Actively identifying sales opportunities from inbound enquiries, communications with various teams, and proactive outreach to the existing client book.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- 3-5 years of experience within the financial services industry in a client-facing role.
- QFA certification is essential.
- Additional qualifications such as CFP or CTA are highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven ability to evaluate complex financial information and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
