Project Manager (Workforce Management)
Barden has been asked to act on behalf of the Head of Change with a large Irish company to support the appointment of a project manager to lead a critical module in an expansive strategic transformation initiative.
Working directly with the Business Unit CFO this role will involve transforming workforce planning and operational administration across 100s of entities nationally; moving them from physical to digital and enabling leadership to understand and better lead their businesses.
