Barden have been exclusively engaged by a “disruptive” e-commerce company to lead the build out of their new finance operations in Dublin.
Headquartered in the US with operations globally, Ireland is set to become a key hub for the company’s finance operations to support their exponential growth plans. Due to a recent acquisition, the company are experiencing significant growth in terms of their brand, network and revenues which are due to exceed $1bn in Europe in 2018.
Their plan:
Step 1: Find the best up and coming Finance Manager in Dublin.
Step 2: Work with that Finance Manager to build out their finance team.
Simple.
If you’re a qualified accountant who is highly energetic, solution focused and enjoys a challenge, this may be the opportunity for you. This will be the first finance hire in Dublin and will afford the opportunity to manage and build a team of approx. 4 people before the end of 2017.
The ideal person will have a strong interest in joining an entrepreneurial business and positively contribute to the company’s overall performance. The role will involve significant project work, business partnering, establishing and implementing processes and identifying opportunities to build out a way of doing business in tandem with global operations to support growth.
