Trying to find a true commercial business partnering role? Here's how...

One of the world’s top consumer products companies has retained Barden to make sure that their commercial finance business partnering team has the talent they need to future proof their international business.  It’s something we’re very excited about.  We hope you are too.

“Following our recent acquisition of a household name snacks business, we now have the opportunity to reorganize and reshape our commercial finance team for 2020 and beyond.  As a true business partner, you will have the opportunity to influence stakeholders right across our global organization. Roles like this just don’t really exist in Dublin right now.” – European CFO

Working in a team of 30+ high calibre accountants covering all aspects of commercial business partnering, you will get up close and personal with both the people and the numbers.  Numerous opportunities currently exist, with a focus on a variety of commercial areas including marketing, sales and supply chain.

The day job in this team means getting involved in real business partnering – 50% of the time influencing stakeholders in person; 50% of the time making sure you understand the numbers and glean the insights you need to help the business make the right calls.

This company has a track record of hiring attitude and potential first.  As such they will consider a variety of backgrounds including:

  • Top 10% of industry audit trained accountants
  • Corporate Finance or Transaction Services trained accountants
  • Finance professionals trained through Consulting in practice or similar
  • Experienced financial analysts/business partners who have hit a glass ceiling in their current role and want a company that will afford them the progression they need to fulfill their potential.

…practical experience is nothing without the right attitude.

Numerous roles exist at levels from newly qualified to circa 3-4 years PQE.  If you want to make sure 2020 works for you then now is the time and this is the opportunity.
