Our client is a fast-growing, Irish business headquartered in South Dublin (on the dart line). We have been exclusively engaged to help them find an experienced Qualified Accountant (1-3 years PQE) to join their team on a permanent basis as Senior Accountant in a hyrbid role that offers exposure to all aspects of Finance.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Having recently expanded through acquisition, they are entering an exciting growth phase. This role will play an integral role in the scaling up of the finance function. It offers exceptional exposure to all areas of the business.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of month-end reporting process for assigned entity;
- Lead the budget and forecasting process for assigned entity;
- Contribute in KPI analysis, cost analysis and board reporting;
- Support in the monthly budget to actual variance analysis;
- On-going process improvement and ad-hoc projects as they arise;
- Business partnering with multiple internal stakeholders.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Qualified accountant with 1 to 3+ years’ PQE (ACA, ACCA, CIMA);
- Industry PQE in an broad Financial Accounting role is preferred;
- Self-starter who is motivated, innovative and ambitious;
- Solid working knowledge of Excel.
