Barden is partnering with a very well established law firm currently seeking a Solicitor to join its highly reputed healthcare team in Dublin.
THE ROLE
The role primarily involves advocacy in the District Court, covering assisted decision-making cases, Inherent Jurisdiction applications, mental health matters, and other sensitive and complex healthcare applications.
THE PERSON
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with strong general litigation and advocacy experience in the District Court (essential). Advocacy experience in Circuit Court and High Court would be an advantage.
- Circa 2 years’ PQE.
