Jack Dillon is an Associate in the Technology, Transformation & Change practice of Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm in Ireland.
After graduating with a degree in Business Information Systems from MTU in 2023, Jack joined Stryker through its GQO Finance Graduate Programme, where he spent 2 years gaining valuable commercial experience. Alongside his role at Stryker, Jack completed a Master’s in Human Resource Management at MTU, which sparked a growing interest in the people side of business and ultimately drew him toward a career in talent advisory and recruitment.
Jack joined the Barden team in May 2025, bringing a blend of business, technology, and people knowledge to the Technology, Transformation & Change practice. In his role, Jack works with professionals and clients across the technology market, focused on building meaningful relationships, understanding diverse career journeys, and helping connect great talent with the right opportunities.
