ABOUT THE ROLE
- Be the go to person on the ground for connectivity, hardware, and day to day systems across the business.
- Own the relationship with the outsourced managed service provider.
- Take a hands on role in cybersecurity, including firewalls and protecting systems and data.
- Help meet regulatory obligations, including DORA, building on the gap analysis already completed.
- Get involved in IT projects and play an active part in the IT Committee.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- A broad IT generalist across connectivity, hardware, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Comfortable managing an outsourced MSP relationship.
- Regulated environment experience, and awareness of DORA, a real plus.
- A self-starter and a driver who takes ownership and makes things happen.
- Keen to grow into an IT Manager role as the department expands.
