ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Assistant will work as part of a strong finance team. This role will suit someone who is l looking to gain hands-on experience in a busy finance function and keen to learn systems and processes in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Processing and reconciling supplier invoices.
- Preparing and issuing payment runs
- Managing supplier accounts and resolving queries
- Supporting month-end activities.
- Supporting accounts receivable.
- Other ad-hoc finance tasks.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar finance role is an advantage.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, solutions-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
