Finance Graduate Programme (3 and a half year contract)

We are recruiting for a Trainee Accountant to join a high-performing team in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience across finance, internal controls, audit, data analysis and global business operations.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will gain hands-on experience in:
- Internal control testing across key finance processes.
- Financial data analysis, reconciliations and reporting.
- Using Excel and ERP systems such as SAP.
- Reviewing risks, controls and business processes.
- Supporting internal and external audit activities.
- Working with Finance and Operations teams across global locations.
- Identifying control issues and supporting remediation and process improvements.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in developing a career in Finance.
