Barden is delighted to partner with a growing finance firm in Dublin, looking to hire an Accounting Team Lead to take charge of a portfolio of owner-managed businesses. You will lead a small team of 2-3.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Own the finance relationship with a group of business owners;
• Lead a small team and oversee its output;
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, and review management accounts;
• Grow the portfolio and agree terms with new clients.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Qualified Accountant (5+ years PQE);
• Strong reporting, planning, and analysis background;
• Commercially minded, with an appetite to win new work;
• Personable, with the confidence to advise owners directly.
