Senior Director HR (Global) – Aviation – Onsite – Dublin City

Barden is proud to exclusively partner with a global aviation business, to appoint a Senior Director of Global HR to take full ownership of their people function in Dublin and the US.

“With significant growth ambitions and a highly engaged leadership team, we’re investing in a senior HR leader who can help us scale with purpose. This person will have the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, modernise key people processes, and ensure our culture remains a competitive advantage as the business continues to grow globally. We see this as a pivotal hire for the next phase of our journey” – COO.

The company has experienced recent growth over the past two years and this standalone opportunity is designed to maintain, evolve and run global HR for the group. You will report directly to the COO and work closely with a hands-on senior leadership team (US and Dublin).

This is about building and owning the function largely on your own, with real scope to shape how HR operates as the business grows.

– If you’re an experienced HR professional with a track record across global payroll, talent management and recruiting, and enjoy owning a function end-to-end rather than sharing it, then we should talk.

– If you have 10+ years’ HR experience, are comfortable leading system and process change, and have a working knowledge of both Irish and US employment practices, then we should talk.

– If you’re commercially minded, enjoy close partnership with senior leadership, and want a genuinely broad, high-trust seat inside a fast-growing, PE-backed business, then we should definitely talk.

Curious? You should be. Hit apply or contact Cole Carroll (cole.carroll@barden.ie) and Cole and the team will take things from there. Simple.
