Data Analyst – Finance & Procurement
We’re hiring a Data Analyst – Finance & Procurement to own reporting and dashboards across Finance, Procurement, and Operations, and to help lead our migration from Alteryx to a Databricks data warehouse. You’ll turn financial and operational data into clear, actionable insight – and actively look for ways to make our processes simpler and more efficient. It’s a fast moving environment with shifting priorities, so you’ll need to self-manage, multitask, and take initiative without waiting to be told.
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI/Tableau
- Extract, transform, and migrate data as we move from Alteryx to Databricks
- Use Python to support the Databricks migration and automate data workflows
- Write SQL to extract and analyse data from multiple systems
- Use advanced Excel (Power Query, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Analyse source-to-settle data – POs, goods receipts, invoices, payments
- Build automations using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Identify and drive process and reporting improvements
What you’ll bring:
- Strong SQL and BI tool experience (Power BI or Tableau)
- Solid understanding of Purchase-to-Pay / AP / GR-IR processes
- A self-starter mindset – you spot opportunities, not wait for direction
- Comfort with ambiguity, pace, and shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills
