Barden are partnering with a world-leading healthcare and life sciences organisation to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their EMEA Operations Finance team. This is a high-visibility role offering strong exposure to senior leadership, regional stakeholders, and key business decision-making across multiple markets.

The role:

As a key member of the EMEA Finance team, you will play a central role in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis, partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A and Commercial Finance teams.

You’ll be responsible for turning complex financial data into meaningful business insights, supporting strategic decision-making and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reporting packs for senior leadership.
  • Deliver budgets, forecasts and latest estimates across EMEA markets.
  • Partner with operational leadership teams to identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities.
  • Analyse financial performance, variances and key business drivers.
  • Support investment reviews and working capital optimisation initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy of intercompany charges, allocations and accruals.
  • Develop insightful dashboards and reporting tools to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with global finance functions to maintain high-quality financial data.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and enhanced reporting capabilities.
  • Support audit activities, compliance requirements and internal controls.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial and Tax functions.

About You

  • Qualified accountant or finance professional with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with ERP and reporting systems such as SAP, Anaplan or similar.
  • Power BI and/or Alteryx experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong financial planning, forecasting and reporting experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Naturally curious, proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Able to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance audiences.
  • Interested in leveraging digital technologies, automation and AI tools to improve processes and decision-making.
