Barden are delighted to be working with our client, a US multinational company with a significant presence in Cork to identify an FP&A Senior Analyst to join the business. This is a key role for the business, and they are seeking a Finance Professional with strong commercial acumen. This company is well known for its globally diverse workforce and collaborative working culture.
This role will report to a Global Head of FP&A and will suit someone who is passionate about partnering with business stakeholders, with a natural skill in translating finance data into meaningful insights for the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Take on a lead role in the budgeting and forecasting processes, actively engaging with varying departments.
• Presenting to senior leadership on business unit financial performance, delivering key insights and analysis.
• Develop relationships with various stakeholders, creating a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Become a central point of contact between Finance and the wider global business.
• Participate in group wide projects as required.
ABOUT THE PERSON
• Qualified accountant with 5+ years post qualified experience.
• Excellent communicator with proven influencing skills across all levels.
• Highly analytical, with a natural numerical aptitude.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team.
