A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Payroll to join a leading organisation based in Cork. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll drive payroll strategy, oversee outsourced payroll delivery, and lead a significant payroll transformation programme.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Leading the development of a new centralised payroll operating model.
- Managing outsourced payroll providers, ensuring service excellence and compliance.
- Driving payroll transformation, including HCM implementation, process improvement and automation.
- Establishing robust payroll governance, controls and risk management.
- Partnering with HR, Finance and senior stakeholders to deliver an efficient, compliant payroll function.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
You’ll bring:
- Extensive senior payroll leadership experience within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Irish and UK payroll legislation and compliance.
- Experience managing third-party payroll providers.
- A proven track record delivering payroll transformation and HCM implementation projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
