Barden is working with a global payments business as they look to hire a Legal Counsel in Dublin, with 0 to 3 years’ PQE.

The legal team is in the middle of a major integration programme, so the work is varied and moves quickly. You will support the Head of Legal for the UK and Ireland and work alongside lawyers in London, building broad in-house experience from day one.

THE ROLE

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
• Support on disputes and escalated complaints
• Advise on general corporate and corporate governance matters
• Support on compliance, risk, and privacy matters
• Research and review for the wider legal team

THE PERSON

• Qualified lawyer with 0 to 3 years’ PQE
• Solid grounding in commercial or corporate work
• Practical, commercial, and comfortable with volume and a changing environment
