Legal Counsel (Global role) – Life Sciences – Hybrid

Barden are partnering exclusively with a global life sciences business on the appointment of a Legal Counsel to join its expanding in-house legal team in Dublin.

This is a newly created position, reflecting the continued growth of the business and its legal function.

THE ROLE

The legal team supports the organisation globally from Ireland. You’ll join a collaborative team working on a broad range of commercial and strategic matters, including commercial contracts, M&A activity, intellectual property, corporate governance, litigation management, insurance matters, etc. It’s very much a role where no two days are the same.

The role is based in Dublin on a 4-day office / 1-day remote hybrid model. The office is easily accessible just off the M50, served by the Luas Green Line and offers free on-site parking. Despite the global remit, the legal team places genuine importance on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

THE PERSON

• Qualified lawyer with around 1-5 years’ PQE;
