Sarah Griffin is a Senior Associate in the Part Qualified Accountants & Business Support practice of Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm in Leinster.
After completing a degree in Accounting at NUIG, Sarah began her career in audit with Deloitte before transitioning into a part-qualified accounting role within a large Irish business. Drawn by a desire to move into a more people-centric career, Sarah joined the Barden Leinster team in July 2021, where she spent two years supporting professionals across the operational finance market.
In 2023, Sarah relocated to Sydney and spent two years at a recruitment firm as a Talent Manager in the accounting and finance practice. She returned to Ireland in May 2026 and rejoined the Barden Leinster team. In her role, Sarah draws on her combined experience in finance and talent advisory to provide meaningful guidance to the professionals and clients she works with, focusing on long-term relationships and career advice.
