THE ROLE

As Company Secretary, you will manage a portfolio of Irish corporate clients, delivering high-quality day-to-day company secretarial and corporate governance services. This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy and is comfortable managing client relationships with minimal supervision.

THE PERSON

You will be an experienced Company Secretary who is confident managing your own client portfolio and capable of working independently from day one.

You’ll likely have:

• At least 3+ years’ experience in a Company Secretarial role, with stronger consideration given to individuals with 5+ years’ relevant experience.
• Significant experience working with Irish companies and a strong understanding of Irish company law and corporate compliance requirements.
• Experience gained within an Irish or UK professional services firm, company secretarial practice or corporate services provider.
• The ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CGI (ICSA) qualification or equivalent is advantageous but not essential for individuals with strong relevant experience.

Please note: This role requires substantial practical experience of Irish company secretarial practice. Unfortunately, applicants whose experience has been gained primarily outside Ireland, without significant exposure to Irish corporate secretarial compliance, are unlikely to be suitable.
