Barden strengthens their hand by joining forces with Tech recruitment leader Killian O’Leary to establish a start-up tech recruitment practice in Ireland.

Barden are delighted to announce that we are joining forces with Killian O’Leary to establish a start-up Tech recruitment practice in Ireland.  Killian will initially specialise in Security and Tech Leadership appointments while shaping the future of Barden Tech with the support of our Managing Partners.  Killian’s appointment represents a key step for Barden as it strives to deepen its expertise, bring the Barden experience to a new community of professionals and increase its ability to serve the needs of clients nationally.

In his new role Killian will take on key strategic appointments for Barden clients across security and tech leadership while working to build an expert team in Barden to support other IT specialist areas such as development and infrastructure.

Killian will work closely with Jonathan Olden in Cork to build up our tech recruitment practice locally while at the same time taking on key tech leadership assignments and security related roles with our clients nationally and internationally.

(A little about Killian:  Following a successful career in corporate banking, Killian moved into recruitment in 2010 and subsequently spent a number of years in a key leadership role with a large international recruitment company before joining forces with Barden.  Killian is a qualified Career & Leadership coach (and entrepreneur having founded Progress Coaching in 2020), is an expert in tech recruitment (in particular within security and tech leadership) and has managed multiple tech recruitment projects, both large and small, across industry, financial services and practice.)
