Our expert business support team has a deep understanding and experience of admin, human resources and operational finance assignments across a variety of levels for our partner organisations nationally.

Cole Carroll is Team Lead with Barden’s Business Support and Operational Finance Practice, and is based in our office in Dublin. She is an expert in part-qualified accountants and operational finance careers and recruitment.
Originally from Kildare, she is now rooted in the Northside of Dublin! Cole started her studies with the Institute of Technology Carlow and completed a BA (Hons) Sports Management Degree. She then transferred to complete her final year in Trinity University Dublin while on a rugby scholarship.
Cole has worked for a number of years in recruitment with a focus on the part-qualified accountants and operational finance markets. With Barden she helps people across a number of different areas in the accounting & finance world including part-qualified accountants, accounts payable, accounts receivable (up to Senior Manager levels), payroll, credit Control, and accounts assistants.

Susan Greene is as an Associate with Barden’s Business Support and Operational Finance Practice, and is based in our office in Cork. She is an expert in talent advisory and recruitment Practice and works directly with a variety of professionals and clients in all aspects of business support and operational finance.
She works alongside Cole Carroll and Tara Higgins in the Business Support and Operational Finance Practice providing support to people across different areas in business support such as human resources and administration. In the operational finance side of the practice the team looks after roles such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control.

Tara Higgins is Partner of the Business Support & Operational Finance Practice with Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm in Munster.
A core part of Tara’s role is working directly with professionals in the areas of Operational Finance and Business Support, helping them to identify and map out their future career path, and secure their ideal roles. Tara will also partner with clients to build world class teams in these, and other, areas of business.
A UCC grad, Tara started her career in finance before moving into recruitment in 2015. She joined Barden Munster in April 2018 at a very exciting time when the Munster office was in true start-up mode. Over the past number of years, she has helped our managing partners to grow various areas of the Munster business, which she is extremely passionate about.

Bernardo Pina LLM
Bernardo Pina is a Partner with Barden’s Legal Practice. He is an expert in recruitment within the legal, company secretarial and data protection markets. He partners with and supports a variety of companies and clients across all industries, both in the private and public sector, with a particular focus on in-house legal roles. Bernardo is a qualified lawyer, having qualified in Portugal through a top tier law firm in the country. Before joining the world of recruitment he practiced in-house for 4 years with IBM and Parexel, two of the leading multinational companies within the technology and healthcare sectors.

Kiara has an undergrad in law from UCC, qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and worked with leading legal firms in Dublin before moving into recruitment in 2015. Kiara is a founding partner of Barden’s legal recruitment practice, is a subject matter expert in legal careers, regularly contributes to thought leadership on the future of the legal profession and advises CEOs and Legal leadership teams in Ireland on attracting and retaining world class legal teams.

Jonathan Olden BCL
Jonathan has an undergrad in law from UCC and qualified as a solicitor in 2006. Jonathan moved into recruitment in 2010 and has worked in leadership roles both locally and nationally since then. As a founding partner of Barden, Jonathan advises leadership teams across Munster on their talent attraction and retention strategy.
