Right now we’re working with the Head of Commerical with one of Ireland’s largest Plcs to help identify a number of ambitious, articulate and clued-in finance professionals to take on high-impact, high visibility, commercial finance roles in Dublin. Opportunities like these just don’t come around every day.
Working with a circa 50-person commercial team these roles will be integral to all decision-making across 40 countries with activities ranging from profitability analysis to investment analysis to scenario-based and strategic planning. You’ll not be behind the desk all of the time with this team – you’ll have a seat at the table and get the chance to learn from, and influence, some of the highest-profile people in Irish business. If you’re not ambitious then this is definitely not for you.
Sure, your experience and background will be valuable, but in this instance, it’s not critical. What’s critical is your attitude and ability. If you’re a recent graduate with a few years of finance experience under your belt then great; if you’re a trainee accountant looking to make a move from the debits and credits to something with more impact then that’s great too. What department/function you trained in is not important though, it’s your ability to influence that’s important. The best work with the best and this team is the best in the country.
If you’re highly numerate, have the right attitude and have a few years of experience under your belt, regardless of your experience, we’ll get you to the table for this.
Curious? If you have what it takes to be in the room drop Cole Carroll in Barden a line at cole.carroll@barden.ie and Cole and her team will take it from there. Easy.
