PepsiCo and Barden have teamed up on an exciting new venture to attract the best engineering minds in Ireland…

Embarking on an groundbreaking journey toward a more sustainable future, and achieving its nutrition goals by incorporating diverse, healthier ingredients, PepsiCo’s investment in its Ireland manufacturing facilities (Little Island and Carrigaline) and global operations, has resulted in a variety of fantastic opportunities for engineering professionals.

Unlike some other Cork Based multinationals the PepsiCo Global Engineering team based here in Cork is at the heart of this transformative project, with plans to open additional manufacturing capacity towards their mission to achieve their nutrition and sustainability targets. “Decisions are made here, and the ideas of tomorrow are explored here in Cork.”  – Engineering Leader | PepsiCo

Manufacturing Excellence

Using state-of-the-art technology, PepsiCo’s Little Island operation supports a portfolio of global brands, including Pepsi Max, Gatorade, 7Up, Mountain Dew, and Doritos. The existing Engineering Hub will expand their global manufacturing capacity across a range of beverage ingredients, meeting increased demand for existing products and playing a pivotal role in bringing PepsiCo’s innovation pipeline to a global customer base.

Barden’s Role: Unearthing Engineering Leaders

Barden, a trusted partner in talent solutions, has been exclusively retained by PepsiCo to engage with Irelands engineering community. Their mission? To unearth the engineering leaders of tomorrow. With global decisions made from Cork, this project represents a unique opportunity for aspiring engineers to contribute to PepsiCo’s sustainability, innovation, and healthy product initiatives.

Jennifer Quinn, Head of Engineering at PepsiCo Little Island, shares her thoughts…

“We have called Cork home for almost 50 years, and our longevity is a testament to the dedication of our talented workforce. We are seeking to identify the engineering leaders of tomorrow to help us increase our global manufacturing capacity and capability and adapt our process to ensure that we can continue to meet the global demand for our existing and future products.”

Remember…

The decisions made in Cork today shape PepsiCo’s global impact tomorrow. Let’s build a sustainable, innovative future together!
