Barden is proud to be the exclusive partners of a not-for-profit organisation with a humanitarian mission across the globe currently looking to appoint its Head of Legal.
The role can be performed on a full-time (5 days per week) or part-time (4 days per week) basis.
THE ROLE:
The successful individual will lead a small legal team and engage with stakeholders in the senior management team nationally and internationally. This is a varied and fast paced role, with elements of commercial contracts, legal advisory, corporate governance/company secretarial, compliance & regulatory.

THE PERSON:
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in Ireland, ideally with strong in-house experience in a broad role at a senior level.
- Experience at an international level is a significant advantage, particularly with less developed jurisdictions or countries in conflict areas (examples would be the Middle East, Sub Saharan Africa or Latin America).
- Experience working closely with the senior leadership/management team, with the ability to communicate effectively, influence and collaborate at such level.
