ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Project Manager, you will lead high-impact projects aimed at integrating Generative AI, building a data lake house, and driving innovation across the business. You’ll work closely with SMEs, engage stakeholders, and champion change management to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather insights, understand business needs, and shape project strategies.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for digital transformation projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational goals.
- Champion the integration of Generative AI and advanced technologies, bringing cutting-edge solutions to life.
- Develop and oversee the creation of a data lake house, enabling better access to and utilisation of data for decision-making and innovation.
- Engage stakeholders across all levels, securing buy-in and driving enthusiasm for the change journey.
- Identify new opportunities for technology and process improvement through discovery and creative problem-solving.
- Proactively bring ideas to the table, leveraging your initiative and energy to shape project outcomes.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- 2+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on digital transformation and/or AI-driven initiatives.
- Proven expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving cutting-edge technology.
- A passion for innovation and a proactive, discovery-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated experience bringing creative solutions to life in high-energy, dynamic environments.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred. Certifications such as PMP or Scrum are an advantage.
