ABOUT THE ROLE

Operational Leadership:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
  • Monitor and improve operational policies, procedures, and systems to optimize performance and streamline processes.

Financial Management:

  • In conjunction with the Financial Controller, oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive firm growth and profitability.
  • Identify emerging trends and market opportunities to position the firm for long-term success.

Risk Management:

  • In conjunction with our Chief Operating Officer assess and mitigate operational risks, including compliance with regulatory requirements and data security protocols.
  • Implement measures to safeguard the firm’s assets and reputation.

Talent Management:

  • In conjunction with our Head of HR, provide leadership and guidance to the human resources function, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional development.

ABOUT THE PERSON

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and operational initiatives.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive organizational change.
