Barden is partnering with a well known financial services and fintech group currently looking for a Legal Counsel focusing on financial regulation. This company has a strong reputation as an excellent employer and a top notch legal team.

The position can be done on a largely remote basis from anywhere in Ireland.

THE ROLE

The day-to-day will focus on advising on regulatory and compliance matters, predominantly those under the CBI supervision, and supporting the relevant group entities in meeting their regulatory obligations, including in relation to AML/CTF, fitness and probity, payment services, insurance intermediation, minimum competency, outsourcing, consumer protection, governance, anti-bribery and corruption, etc.

THE PERSON

The organisation is looking for an Irish qualified lawyer with at least 3+ years’ PQE and strong financial regulatory experience gained within a top tier law firm or in-house in the financial services.
