Barden is partnering with a well known Irish group seeking a solicitor to join its legal team, reporting into the Head of Legal. This is a hugely business facing role, working autonomously alongside a variety of stakeholders.
The business (and the Legal team in particular) is very friendly and enjoys an excellent work life balance.
The position requires one day per week onsite on Wednesdays in the Dublin office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The main focus of the role will be to draft and review a wide range of commercial contracts (NDAs, SLAs, Purchase and Supply Agreements, etc.), with a particular emphasis on IT contracts and providing advice with regards to technology law and data protection.
The role will also include more general legal advice in areas such as procurement, regulatory, insurance, and participation in other various projects.

ABOUT THE PERSON
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with 4+ years’ PQE;
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, specifically related to IT and Data Protection (a mix of these and other type of contracts will be considered, as well as if the exposure to IT contracts is only from a buyer perspective)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders.
