Sarah Murphy is a Director in the Mid-Senior Accountants division of Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm in Leinster.
Having initially trained as a tax accountant with a reputable mid-sized firm in Dublin, Sarah transitioned into the realm of recruitment. Her journey led her to join Barden in 2015, where she has since played a pivotal role in the strategic development and expansion of the business and its team of professionals.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from UCC and a CIPD qualification in Human Resource Management, further enriching her innate people-centric skills. As a prominent figure within the team, Sarah serves as both a leader and a trusted advisor to key clients and finance professionals alike, contributing significantly to the success and growth of the Barden organisation.

Tony is a Chartered Accountant and spent 15+ years building a diverse, international career in finance, culminating in finance director-level roles in companies such as Alexion Pharma, Oracle Corp & Glen Dimplex. Tony joined Barden in April 2023. His in-depth understanding of organisational structures, finance functions, and key roles within the finance realm equips him to provide invaluable guidance to finance professionals as they navigate their career paths.
