Rebecca Maye | CASSI PRO and CASSC Co-Chair | Tax Associate | PwC Ireland
Rebecca (Becky) Maye is a Tax Associate at PwC in Cork, where she has been working since completing her MSc in Accounting (MAcc) at University College Cork (UCC) in 2023. She also holds a BSc in Accounting from UCC and is currently in the process of completing her professional Accounting and Tax exams.
Becky is actively involved in the academic community as the CASSI PRO and CASSC co-chair, alongside Armina Golchin. She is excited to have partnered with Barden and PepsiCo to bring this event to life. Becky looks forward to offering valuable insights into potential careers at PepsiCo, showcasing the company’s work environment and the broader industry landscape, as well as providing an opportunity for students to network and build connections.
Armina Golchin | CASSC Chair 2024/25 | Deals Advisory Associate | PwC Ireland
Armina Golchin is the 2024/25 Chair of the CASSC and a Deals Advisory Associate at PwC, specialising in Corporate Finance and M&A. She graduated from UCC in 2022 with first-class honours in a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Banking and Finance.
Armina’s achievements include being a 2022 JMUCC finalist and divisional winner, as well as receiving prestigious awards such as the PwC Commerce Prize, the CIMA Management Accounting Prize, and the John Busteed Memorial Prize for excellence in economics.
Eva Healy | Finance Director | PepsiCo
Eva Healy is a Finance Director at PepsiCo. She completed her training contract in KPMG before transitioning to a Corporate Reporting Manager role with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. She joined PepsiCo in 2007 and has held key roles at PepsiCo, including Financial Controller and FICO Lead.
A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Eva holds an MBA from The Open University, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from UCC, and a Certificate in Sustainability Strategy from CAI.
Ciara O’Flaherty| Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager | PepsiCo
Ciara O’Flaherty is a Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager at PepsiCo. She began her career in Corporate Finance at Deloitte, before gaining commercial experience as a Strategy Analyst at NBN.
Ciara then worked at Diageo as a Commercial Finance Manager and Pricing Operations Manager, before transitioning to Apple where she spent over six years specialising in Operations Finance, Reseller Operations, and Record to Report, which further strengthened her expertise in financial strategy and operations.
A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), Ciara holds a BSc in Finance from University College Cork and brings over 15 years of experience in finance, strategy, and supply chain management.
Derek Coakley | West Europe Internal Control Director | PepsiCo
Derek Coakley is the West Europe Internal Control Director at PepsiCo, responsible for driving the internal control agenda across PepsiCo’s West European locations. Over his extensive tenure at PepsiCo, he has held pivotal roles, including Finance Audit Director, Senior Manager for Global IT Controls, and SAP Controller, specializing in risk mitigation, internal controls, SAP implementations, and process optimization.
Before joining PepsiCo, Derek gained valuable international experience with Ernst & Young in Sydney and Merit Partners in Australia, as well as in management roles in audit and taxation in Ireland.
Ian O’Rourke | Tax Senior Manager | PepsiCo
Ian O’Rourke is a Tax Senior Manager at PepsiCo. He has held other key roles at PepsiCo, including Tax Manager and Tax Senior Analyst, focusing on tax planning and global compliance. Prior to PepsiCo, Ian was EMEA Tax Accounting Manager at FMC Corporation and European Tax Specialist at Stanley Black & Decker.
Ian began his career at KPMG, completing his training contract as a Tax Senior, where he gained significant experience in tax advisory and compliance.
A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, Ian also holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (Transfer Pricing) and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from University College Cork.
Julianna Csopak | Control & Reporting Supervisor | PepsiCo
Julianna Csopak is a Control & Reporting Supervisor at PepsiCo, overseeing control and reporting processes. She has been with PepsiCo for over three years, starting as a Control & Reporting Analyst before progressing to Associate Supervisor and then to her current role in July 2024.
Before joining PepsiCo, Julianna worked at EY as an Audit Senior, where she gained extensive experience in financial auditing and client management.
Julianna holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Queen’s University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Siobhán Sexton ACA | Business Lead | Recently Qualified Accountants | Munster
Siobhán Sexton ACA is the Business Lead of the Recently Qualified Accountants division of Barden’s talent advisory and recruitment firm in Munster.
Siobhán began her career by training with KPMG’s tax department, achieving her ACA qualification in 2017. Following her time at KPMG, she transitioned into the realm of recruitment, joining Barden’s Recently Qualified Accountants team in Dublin in March 2017.
In July 2018, her career took an adventurous turn when she embarked on an 18-month sabbatical to work and live in Canada, where she gained invaluable international recruitment experience and also did some travelling in South East Asia and South America. Upon her return to Ireland in April 2020, Siobhán rejoined the Barden team, this time in Munster, where she has since progressed to the position of Business Lead, supporting recently qualified accountants.
