Barden is working with a boutique (and non-traditional) Dublin based law firm who is recruiting a solicitor to join its corporate M&A team. This highly progressive firm specialises predominantly in commercial/corporate matters.

Solicitors at this firm enjoy a fantastic working environment with flexible working options.

The successful individual will work closely with the partners primarily on M&A transactions, but also investment transactions, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, GDPR and intellectual property matters.

ABOUT THE PERSON

Qualified solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction;
Ideally within 3-6 years’ PQE;
Very accomplished Corporate/M&A lawyer currently at Associate or Senior Associate level.
