Barden are delighted to partner with a global technology company who are currently transforming finance on a global scale. They currently require an experienced Business Controls Transformation Senior Manager to help drive success with a focus on Oracle Fusion implementation.
Lead critical elements of the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) pillar, with a key focus on Oracle Fusion accounting systems
About the Role:
- Design and implement business controls within Oracle Fusion to transform ICFR processes globally.
- Provide ICFR insights for finance ERP implementation and deliver innovative solutions.
- Manage projects for SOX compliance and oversee the transformation of business and IT processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, divisional leaders, and external resources to ensure seamless Oracle Fusion integration.
About the Person:
- Oracle Fusion expertise is essential, with experience in implementing and optimizing business controls.
- Qualified accountant with PCAOB audit experience.
- Strong ICFR knowledge across transactional processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Record to Report).
- Proven track record in finance transformation projects and ERP implementation.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills.
