ABOUT THE ROLE
- Transformation Roadmap: Develop and evolve a comprehensive treasury transformation roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
- Global Process Optimization: Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of global treasury processes, systems, and controls.
- SOX Compliance: Ensure the development of a strong SOX compliant control environment for treasury.
- M&A Integration: Lead M&A integration from a treasury perspective to ensure compliance with processes and policies.
- Risk Management: Assist in developing and implementing efficient risk management frameworks.
- Liquidity and Cash Management: Optimize cash forecasting and liquidity management strategies and explore innovative cash management solutions.
- Goal Setting and Metrics: Define clear goals, milestones, and performance metrics to track progress and measure success.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify emerging trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in treasury management.
- Change Management: Champion a culture of change management, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
ABOUT THE PERSON
- A seasoned treasury professional.
- Experience in a complex multinational organisation essential.
- A proficiency in driving transformation, combined with an in-depth understanding of key controls within a treasury environment.
- Qualification in Accounting, Treasury and/or Project Management advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively with excellent attention to detail.
- A natural problem solver with a forward-thinking mindset.
