We are working with a leading provider of accountancy and advisory services, to appoint a Tax Senior Manager to join our growing tax team in Cork. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities and a mix of compliance work, primarily corporate and income tax in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance portfolios for corporate tax, income tax, and VAT clients.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior staff.
- Act as a point of contact for client tax queries.
- Review and manage the compliance work of the tax team.
- Collaborate with other departments and professional advisors.
- Manage tax compliance projects.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in managing the Cork tax department and assisting with growth plans.
About the person:
A qualified tax consultant or, an accountant with approx. 3+ years of post qualified experience working in tax, ideally with corporate tax and/or income tax experience. The tax consultant should have good attention to detail and be comfortable dealing with clients. This could be a great move for a Tax Manager to take the next step in their career.
