The Operations Manager role will get great exposure to the business leaders, whilst taking the reigns as they business continues on it’s growth plan. The role is very broad in scope and will require someone who can balance working with senior stakeholders as well as a large team. The Role
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe, timely, and quality manufacturing.
- Lead the team within budget and output targets.
- Foster a motivated and collaborative team environment.
- Implement continuous improvement practices.
Key Activities:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Identify and drive business improvements.
- Manage production targets and process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with site resources and stakeholders.
People Management:
- Develop and manage a high-performing team.
- Record and report on objectives/KPIs.
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, and development.
- Motivate and coach the team to success.
About You
Essential:
- Confident and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Vision EFI.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a unionised environment.
Desirable:
- Yellow and Green Belt Training.
