Barden is working with a well known professional services firms, part of a large international network, seeking an experienced workplace investigations specialist.
The role requires 2 or 3 days onsite in the office in Dublin city centre.
THE ROLE
As Workplace Investigations Manager, you’ll act as lead investigator on a variety of sensitive and high-profile workplace and protected disclosure investigations, while also contributing to broader HR and consulting projects. The role includes preparing reports for senior-level review, supporting internal initiatives such as recruitment, training, business development, etc.

THE PERSON
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in conducting workplace investigations (the organisation will consider more experienced candidates and potentially increasing the seniority level of the role).
- A Legal background or qualification (such as Solicitor or Barrister), with strong knowledge of Irish employment law, employee relations and broader HR issues.
- Strong client-facing experience, the ability to manage multiple projects and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
