Barden are delighted to work with our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Organisation to assist in their search for a Senior IAM Engineer with deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM/PASM) to join their global team.
In this role, you’ll design, implement, and support enterprise grade Cyberark solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and automation.
About the Role:
- Engineer and deploy CyberArk PAM Suite (Vault, Secrets Manager, Session Manager, PVWA).
- Troubleshoot complex issues, maintain system health, and support 24/7 uptime (on-call rotation).
- Automate processes, integrate systems, and lead upgrades/lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with global teams, align with compliance, and drive operational improvements.
About the Person:
- 7+ years in IAM, with 3+ years hands-on CyberArk engineering (Core Vault required).
- Expertise in Windows/Linux, Active Directory, and scripting (PowerShell, PACLI, REST API).
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in US time zones, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- Experience with multi-platform environments (Unix, AS400, Oracle, AIX).
- Background in infrastructure automation and security best practices.
