This role is pivotal in enhancing client satisfaction and driving successful project outcomes within a fast-paced, agile environment focused on delivering high-value software solutions.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role involves leading implementation projects from initiation to completion while ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with overall project goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about data and analytics, has experience working with both technical teams and business stakeholders, and thrives in a customer-facing role. The ideal person will have a proven track record in software implementation, exposure to project management and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of software solution.
- Configure and customize software based on client needs and project requirements.
- Test and troubleshoot software to ensure smooth deployment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, implementation and sales, to meet client requirements.
- Facilitate regular progress updates and address client feedback effectively.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure implementation milestones are achieved within agreed timeframes.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
- Provide training sessions to client teams to ensure successful adoption of the software.
- Offer post-implementation support to resolve any issues.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in software/SaaS implementation, ideally with data-driven or analytics-focused platforms.
- Experience in managing implementation projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical or process-related issues during implementation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Experience managing projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- A proactive and client-focused mindset.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
