Barden is partnering with a very well established law firm currently seeking a Solicitor to join its highly reputed healthcare team in their Dublin or Cork offices.

THE ROLE

The position will entail assisted decision-making cases, HSE cases, wardships, mental health matters, applications involving sensitive and complex healthcare issues, etc.

THE PERSON

Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with strong general litigation and advocacy experience in the District Court (essential). Advocacy experience in Circuit Court and High Court would be an advantage.
2+ years’ PQE.
