This Commercial Director position is a unique opportunity for a Senior Commercial Leader to take full ownership of the growth strategy for the business, supplying complex, high-value equipment to the world’s leading BioPharma companies

ABOUT THE ROLE:
What You will Do:
- Develop and lead the commercial growth strategy.
- Head up the next phase of expansion across North America and Europe.
- Drive all commercial activities including revenue generation, marketing, and customer engagement activity.
- Strengthen established partnerships while developing new ones and build out a high-performing business development and marketing team, including the strategic hire of senior US-based talent.
- Engage directly with senior decision-makers within major BioPharma organisations on multi-million-euro capital projects
- Drive solutions for clients in high-value capital projects,
- Shape and oversee marketing strategy and execution, ensuring the brand remains a trusted partner with some of the world’s largest manufacturers,
- Work with the leadership team to create a best-in-class forecasting, reporting and market intelligence offering insights into customer investment cycles, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and delivered to the highest standards.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Ambitious professional with 10+ years experience within senior commercial or business development roles.
- Demonstrated success in building business growth, lasting relationships and building teams.
- Deep familiarity within the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Engineering or large-scale manufacturing sectors, ideally gained through delivering capital equipment or large-scale engineering projects.
- Works closely with senior peers to ensure commercial strategy.
- Leads by example: collaborative, influential, and able to bring others on board.
