Barden are delighted to work with a leading global organisation to recruit a System Support Specialist for their EMEIA operations. This position will provide support to the Enterprise sales business, working closely with the wider Business Solutions & Systems team.
About the Role
- Support the use and maintenance of internal enterprise systems, including the onboarding of new partner information.
- Assist with system reporting and documentation to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor system processes, highlight potential issues, and escalate where required.
- Provide day-to-day support to colleagues across teams and regions, while managing tasks independently.
About the Person
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
- Highly organised and detail-focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with large enterprise systems (e.g. ERP/CRM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
