Barden is delighted to be exclusively supporting our client, a growing advanced manufacturing business based in North Cork, in their search for a proactive HR Manager. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with significant autonomy and the chance to shape HR across the business. There will be occasional travel to another site.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will take ownership of the full HR function, combining operational expertise with strategic business partnering. You will manage the full HR cycle while troubleshooting issues independently and escalating where needed. You will also lead HR projects and foster a positive, engaging HR culture that supports the company’s growth.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Strong operational HR experience with business partnering skills
- Confident working autonomously and taking ownership
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in manufacturing or similar operational environment is desirable but not essential
- Confident managing the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, compliance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to troubleshoot issues independently
